Good furniture shouldn't rot in a landfill. Pieces with life left in them get donated to local charities around Austin. Metal frames and box springs get recycled when possible. The dump is our last resort, not our first stop.

Do you take mattresses and box springs?
Yes — every size, twin to California king, in any condition. Box springs, frames, and headboards can ride in the same load. Mattresses are awkward to move and most donation centers won't accept them, so this is one of our most-requested pickups.
Can you get furniture out of an upstairs apartment?
Yes. Stairs, elevators, and tight landings are everyday work for us, and we do all the carrying. If your complex has elevator reservations or loading rules, mention it when you book and we'll plan around them.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
It helps, but it's not required. If the furniture is in a garage, on a porch, or somewhere we can reach, we can confirm the price by text, haul it while you're at work, and send a photo when it's done.
What happens to my furniture after you take it?
Usable pieces go to local charities first. Metal and recyclable parts get pulled out when possible. Only what's truly done goes to the landfill — with the dump fee already covered in your price.
