Demolition and debris removal are one price and one visit — when we pull out of the driveway, the structure, the mess, and the problem are all gone, and the site is swept.
Before You Build New
Most demo calls are really "make room" calls. The new shed gets delivered Thursday. The fence crew starts Monday and charges extra for tear-out. The deck rebuild is waiting on a clear footprint. We clear the old structure so the new one lands on a clean site. And since this is Central Texas, cedar and brush have probably grown up through that old fence line — our brush removal crew can clear that in the same trip.

How much does shed removal cost in Austin?
It depends on size and material — a small metal shed is a different job than a 10x12 wood shed. Text a photo and we'll quote a flat, all-in number covering demo, hauling, and dump fees. No hourly meter, no debris surprise at the end.
Do you haul away the debris too?
Always — that's the whole point. Every quote includes tearing it down, loading every scrap, sweeping the site, and hauling it off. We never leave a pile behind.
Do I need a permit to remove a shed or fence?
Small sheds and fences usually don't, but rules differ by city and HOA, so it's worth a quick check for anything large or attached to another structure. If your project looks like more than light demo, we'll tell you straight before anything starts.
Can you take down part of a fence, or leave the posts?
Sure — partial tear-outs are common. We can remove only the damaged sections, pull the posts, or leave posts standing for your new fence crew. Concrete footings vary a lot, so we assess those on site.
What won't you demolish?
Houses, garages, additions, concrete slabs, and anything structural or tied into live utilities. Have gas, water, and electric disconnected first — then we're glad to take it from there.
